We’re over a week into January, but I have one more 2023 favorites list to go through. Today, I’ll be talking about the products I loved that don’t fit in any of the other categories (skincare, makeup, or books). These are just miscellaneous favorites of mine that I ended up using or wearing a lot in 2023!
Miscellaneous favorites of 2023:
1. Half-Zip Amazon sweater
I have this sweater in two colors- black and light khaki. It’s very soft (which is not a guarantee for sweaters) and comfy. I’d say that it’s a medium-weight sweater, so I can wear it in the beginning of fall and as a layer in the middle of winter when it’s much colder.
2. Koolaburra by Ugg Elinda Throw Pillows
The Elinda throw pillows by Ugg are super cute and very soft. Personally, I use them as throw pillows on my bed. I love the kind of braided look of them!
3. Flippy
This one may seem a bit silly but I love my Flippy, which is a tablet stand in the form of a pillow. I use my iPad for a lot of things, including watching shows and YouTube videos and reading on the Kindle app. This stand is super helpful for both watching shows and reading in bed!
4. The Honest Company All Purpose Balm
This is a favorite product of mine and something that I’ve been using almost daily for years as a lip balm. The Honest Company’s plant based, organic all-purpose balm includes soothing ingredients like sunflower oil, shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil, and chamomile oil. It is a fragrance-free, hydrating, and very thick balm that melts into the skin. For me, it’s been a lifesaver during the winter months when my lips tend to get chapped super easily! I also use it on my hands when they get particularly dry.
5. Native Deodorant
In 2023, I exclusively used Native deodorant, which is aluminum-free. My favorite scents are Coconut & Vanilla, Sweet Peach & Nectar, and Cherry & Vanilla Macaron. I also love the Candy Cane one around the holidays!
6. The Comfy
As a girl who is always cold, I LOVE my Comfy. If you have never heard of it, a Comfy is a very oversized sherpa-lined sweatshirt with a hood. It’s super cozy and perfect for lounging around the house.
