Hello Gilmore Girls fans! Today, I’m going to be listing the best Gilmore Girls episodes to watch during springtime. From town festivals to graduations to weddings, there are plenty of episodes that showcase the splendors of spring in Stars Hollow. Let’s get into it!

Springtime Gilmore Girls Episodes:

"Love, Daisies and Troubadours"
(Season 1, Episode 21)

In the season 1 finale, Max Medina proposes to Lorelai with 1,000 yellow daisies delivered to the Independence Inn. Is there anything more spring-y than fresh flowers? Now the question is whether she’ll say yes.

"I Can't Get Started"
(Season 2, Episode 22)

This episode is all about Sookie and Jackson’s wedding, which features some heartwarming moments and typical Stars Hollow quirkiness. The Dean-Rory-Jess love triangle strikes again as Rory attends the wedding with Dean, but ends up sneaking off to see Jess.

"Those Are Strings, Pinocchio"
(Season 3, Episode 22)

Spring is graduation season, and this episode is all about Rory’s graduation from Chilton. As valedictorian, she gives a speech that makes everyone tear up (even Luke). Rory and Lorelai also take a final walk through the prep school that seemed so intimidating at the beginning of the series.

"Girls in Bikinis, Boys Doin' the Twist"
(Season 4, Episode 17)

Spring break time! Paris and Rory travel to Florida with Janet and Glenn to escape the Connecticut cold. They run into Madeline and Louise who dial Dean’s number, forcing Rory to leave him an awkward drunk voicemail.

"Tick, Tick, Tick, Boom!"
(Season 4, Episode 18)

While Gilmore Girls doesn’t really have an Easter-themed episode throughout its 7 seasons, this one does involve Easter eggs. Taylor assigned Kirk the task of hiding the eggs for the town’s Easter egg hunt. Kirk took this job so seriously that he ended up hiding some eggs a little bit too well, making the town stink (ew!).

"Last Week Fights, This Week Tights"
(Season 4, Episode 21)

This episode is all about Liz and TJ’s Renaissance-themed wedding, which is being held in Stars Hollow. Luke asks Lorelai to go as his date, and they slow dance together to “Reflecting Light” (yes, Luke can waltz!).

"Hay Bale Maze"
(Season 7, Episode 18)

This episode is on the list because it technically takes place during the Stars Hollow Spring Fling. However, I think it gives off fall vibes because of the huge hay bale maze in the middle of town. Watch it and let me know what you think- is it more of a spring or fall episode?

"Unto the Breach"
(Season 7, Episode 21)

This episode centers around Rory’s graduation from Yale, a very “spring” event. With graduation comes all kinds of decisions relating to both life and love for the youngest Gilmore girl. Will she say yes to Logan’s proposal and move to California? Will she choose to stay near her mom and Stars Hollow? You’ll have to watch to find out.

BONUS: "Spring"
Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life

In “Spring”, the second episode of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, Lorelai attends therapy with Emily and considers surrogacy with Luke. Rory, meanwhile, is trying to untangle herself from (a very much engaged) Logan Huntzberger while also trying to figure out her next step career-wise.

A trip to Chilton also gives us an iconic Paris moment, Kirk premieres his second short film, and the town holds a Spring International Food Festival. Clearly, there’s a lot going on in this one!

That's it for springtime in Stars Hollow...

Coffee Mugs

As Lorelai Gilmore once said, “I can’t stop drinking the coffee. I stop drinking the coffee, I stop doing the standing and the walking and the words putting into sentence doing.”
